MAHC (Massachusetts Association for Housing Cooperatives)

This organization which is about six years old started because someone tried to get legislation passed in MA which would have greatly negatively impacted cooperatives. This form of housing is very popular in NYC and growing in acceptance in MA.

I have served on the Board of Directors from the beginning and at the latest Annual Meeting (November 1, 2018) which was held in the Metcalf Science Center of Boston University, I presented the following scenario: KT for MAHC Nov 1.
